UN Global Compact – Ten Principles

Page Group is committed to the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). Page Group staff play a vital role in this commitment at all levels; they are encouraged to discuss, understand, learn and apply the principles of UNGS. The ten principles are as follows:

Stuart Page

Chairman

Stuart Page is the Chairman and sole owner of Page Group. He has over forty years’ experience in the commercial investigations and security industry. Stuart has an acknowledged reputation and expertise in conducting complex international fraud and asset tracing investigations.

Stuart has worked on numerous enquiries for and on behalf of Sovereign Wealth funds, Governments and Fortune 500 companies. As a result, he has assisted in recovering millions of pounds in assets from all around the world whether it is ultimately through arbitration or seizure orders.

In addition, Stuart has managed close protection assignments and set up and run full service embassy and delegation security contracts in hostile environments.
Stuart commenced his career as a police officer serving with the Metropolitan Police where he was assigned to Scotland Yard’s Anti-Terrorist Squad and Special Branch. Later, he was an Army Reservist with the Royal Military Police.

Zaheer Dudhia

Finance Director and Acting CEO

Zaheer is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation. Zaheer runs a successful Accountancy and Taxation practice with a substantial offshore client base and has network of contacts in Switzerland, Southern Africa and Asia. His association with a renowned trust company in Geneva brings international financial expertise to Page Group. Zaheer has acted as adviser to Page Protective Services and Page Associates for several years and was instrumental in the merger with EMCIIS Ltd to form Page Group Ltd.

Rafal Roman

Operations Manager

Rafal Roman manages security operations and risk consultancy projects in the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Prior to his current position, Rafal worked for an international security company providing crisis response and specialist intelligence analysis and advice to clients across a range of areas including political and security risk, security surveys and audits.

Over the years, Rafal has managed numerous successful client engagements including detailed market entry strategies and security assessment for the extractive industry in Iraq, Pakistan, and Ethiopia; security and risk mitigation services delivered to the governmental and non-governmental clients in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Haiti and Yemen; and risk advisory to commercial organizations operating in China.

Rafal’s past experience as a lawyer has included negotiations and legal consultancy in the aspect of international private and public contract and criminal laws. He received an MA in Intelligence and International Security from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London, PG Dip in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Westminster in the UK, and BA and MA in Law from the University of Szczecin, Poland. He is a native Polish speaker and also speaks Russian.

Constantinos Ioannides

Country Manager Afghanistan, CEO Page Protective Services Cyprus

Constantinos joined Page Group in September 2016.   He is responsible for managing all aspects of Page Group’s security contracts in Afghanistan as well as overseeing Page Group’s office and company in Cyprus.

Prior to joining Page Group, Constantinos was Head of Logistics for a Cypriot based maritime security company managing not only all logistics for the company’s operations but also acting as its Intelligence Officer and Management Systems Coordinator.   Previously, Constantinos ran his own company importing and distributing military and law enforcement equipment and systems.

Constantinos has served with the Cypriot National Guard since 1984, having completed two years compulsory military service. During this time he predominantly served with the Commando Regiment Reserves earning his Parachutist “A” Badge. He is currently XO to the Cypriot National Guard/Reserves battalion. Constantinos has a BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Peter Isaacs

Consultant and Advisor

Peter Isaacs has extensive experience of the international security industry at a senior level. For nine years, Mr. Isaacs was a board director of Defence Systems Ltd (now ArmorGroup/G4S), one of the United Kingdom’s principal international security providers.

He has managed land mine clearance projects for the United Nations in Southern Africa, the Balkans and Central Asia and border management and counter narcotics projects for the European Commission in Central Asia. Previously, Mr. Isaacs served as an infantry officer in the British, Australian and Sultan of Oman’s Armies seeing active service in South Vietnam and Oman.

Peter previously worked full time for Page Group for 10 years, but has now retired and provides advice on an ad hoc basis.

Adrian Davidson

Director

Adrian Davidson was a co-founder of EMCIIS Limited, which merged with Page Group in 2009. Adrian manages all types of due diligence, asset tracing and fraud investigation cases, and has been part of a team that has worked together now for more than 10 years. He has extensive knowledge of both UK and international public record research and analysis.

Personally, Adrian has worked for more than 20 years in the corporate investigations sector, and his experience covers fraud investigations, international due diligence, background checks, asset tracing and litigation support. During this period he has built up a large network of trusted contacts and sources around the world who can provide timely and accurate information.

Page Group was formed by a merger in July 2009 between Page Protective Services Ltd, an international security company, and EMCIIS Ltd which specialised in commercial intelligence and investigations. Both companies had previously combined their areas of expertise on numerous international projects.

Our core team have a combined experience of more than 60 years. We have served corporations, law firms, government entities and high net-worth individuals. We operate in complex business environments, high risk and hostile locations and our role is to advise, guide and protect.

Our commercial intelligence and investigations team, formed of former police offices and investigators, work globally with carefully selected sources to minimise the profile of an enquiry and protect the Client’s confidentiality.

Our security contracts are undertaken by experienced and appropriately qualified personnel. We work with third country nationals and local guards who are employed in accordance with local labour laws and practices. Page Group trains its staff in specific cultural sensitivities as well as respecting and adhering to local customs and calendar.
